This website or app does not require a registered account, this would be called a free account. A free account only has access to water gage information. The Favorites, Notifications, and Logs sections of the website are not available on a free account.

By registering an account the full features of the site are available. To register an account only your first name, last name, and email address are required. A phone number is only required if you wish to enable our water gage SMS notifications. Any information provided by you, like your full name, email address, or phone number are only used for identification within our system and used for providing our notification service. This information is necessary for the application to function.

When an account is cancelled, closed, or terminated, ALL account information is deleted from our system. Customers can delete their account by clicking the big red button titled "Delete Account" which is located on the "My Details" page. Once an account is deleted there is no way to recover the account information. A user will need to re-register if they deleted their account by accident or wish to continue to use our service.
